OTAK Boots: Return & Refund Policy  

Presale Terms  

By purchasing, you agree:  

- This is a pre-order for limited-edition boots.  

- Estimated ship date is within 90 days of purchase (approx. October 15).  

- Your payment funds production—we start manufacturing after presales close.  

- Delays may occur due to materials, customs, or artisan craftsmanship. We’ll notify you of delays over 14 days.  

- If production becomes impossible, you’ll receive a full refund.  

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy aligns with Michigan consumer laws:

1. Presale Items (Change of Mind):  

   - All presale boots are made-to-order.  

   - We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size/style preferences.  

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

   - Contact us at support@otak.com within 30 days of delivery.  

   - Provide photos/video of the issue.  

   - We’ll cover return shipping and offer your choice of:  

     - Free replacement  

     - Full refund  

     - Store credit  

3. Cancellations by OTAK:

   - If we cannot fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund.  

Warranty & Shipping  

1-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects (Michigan implied warranty).  

- Shipping Damage: Report to carrier and support@otak.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace damaged items.  

- International Orders: Import duties/taxes are included. Boots ship from Spain.  

Key Michigan Terms  

-Governing Law: Michigan law applies.  

- Disputes: Resolved by binding arbitration in Wayne County, MI. Class actions waived.  

- Refund Timing: Refunds issued within 30 days of receiving returned defective items.  

Important Notes 

- Production delays exceeding 120 days entitle you to a full refund.  

- Retain original packaging for defect claims.  

- Pre-sale acknowledgment required at checkout:  

"I understand this presale item is made-to-order. Returns are only accepted for defects or incorrect items."
